1.Bring water to boiling.
Water temperature for black tea is 212 F/100 C. For green and white tea is 195 F/90.5 C
2. Put your favorite tea into a tea pot and add water.
3. Drain water right away.
Do not drink this water. This step cleans tea from possible dust and prepares tea leaves to open and give you full flavor. Skip this step if you brew tea mixes, fruit teas or herbal teas.
4. Pour hot water to a teapot again and let steep for about 2 -3 min.
