Returns & Refunds
If we make a mistake, we will fix it at no cost to you.

We stay behind our product and we guarantee our products will meet or exceed your expectation. But if, for any reson, you are not satisfy simply send it back to us within ten (10) days after you received our product. We are not responsible for return shipping cost. Tea packages should contain at least 3/4 of purchased volume. We will either exchange it according to your wishes or refund you full purchase price excluding shipping fees. We Do Not accept returns for opened Pu-erh teas except loose leaf Pu-erh.
Teaware
We will pack our teaware carefully to make sure it ships safely. But if your teaware order comes brocken contact us immediately. Best way to contact us is to send us email with attached picture of brocken teaware.
Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund purchace price for brocken teaware if you are not contacted us within 3 days after receiving an order.
